Dry cleaning only — do not machine wash or tumble dry.

Avoid direct contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray, and other chemicals.

Do not apply the iron directly on the silk. Iron on low heat, with a protective cloth between the iron and the silk. Avoid pressing directly on the hand-rolled hem.

Store folded in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use acid-free tissue paper between folds for long-term storage. Do not hang.

We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — all customs duties and taxes are included in your order total. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Your satisfaction matters to us. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance or cosmetic contact, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, email us at returns@laqlaqistanbul.com with your order number and reason. We'll send you a prepaid return label — returns are free of charge. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return and issued to your original payment method. Exchanges are also available — just let us know your preferred design.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a free return with a replacement or full refund. Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, staining, or missing original tags/packaging cannot be returned.
