Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your LaqLaq Products. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Free from fragrance, staining, or cosmetic contact
- Returned with all original tags attached and intact
- Returned in its original packaging
How to Return Email us at returns@laqlaqistanbul.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are free of charge — we cover the shipping cost.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges Prefer a different design? We're happy to arrange an exchange. Please mention your preferred design when you contact us and we'll confirm availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Items showing signs of wear, fragrance, staining, or damage caused after delivery
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Personalized or custom-made items (where applicable)
